Is counseling really free? +

Yes! All enrolled students receive free counseling services. There's no copay, deductible, or billing. This is included in your student fees.

How many sessions can I have? +

We offer a short-term model of typically 8-12 sessions per concern. If you need longer-term care, we'll connect you with community providers.

Will my professors or parents find out? +

No. What you share with us is confidential. We don't disclose information to faculty, staff, or family without your written permission (with limited exceptions for safety).

What if I need help after hours? +
