Why did I get a bill if I have insurance?
Your insurance may not cover 100% of your care. You may owe a copay, deductible amount, or coinsurance (percentage of costs). Your statement shows what insurance paid and your remaining balance.
How long do I have to pay my bill?
Payment is due within 30 days of receiving your statement. If you need more time, contact us to set up a payment plan before your account becomes past due.
Can I pay my bill online?

What if I disagree with a charge?

Visit emr.parsmedicine.com/portal and click "Create Account". You'll need your patient ID number (found on your appointment paperwork) and email address to register.
Verify Your Identity
For your security, you'll answer verification questions based on your medical record. This ensures only you can access your health information.
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Enable 2FA for additional security. You can use SMS codes, email verification, or an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.

Getting Started with Moodle
Log In to Moodle
Visit education.parsmedicine.com and use your Pars Medicine credentials. New students receive login information via email after enrollment is confirmed.
Find Your Courses
Your enrolled courses appear on the dashboard. Click on any course to access lectures, assignments, and resources. Use the search bar to find additional courses.
Complete Your Profile
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "Profile". Add a photo and update your information so instructors and classmates can recognize you.
Set Notification Preferences
Go to Preferences > Notification preferences to customize how and when you receive updates about assignments, grades, and announcements.
