Follow these steps for your browser:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "All time", check "Cached images" and "Cookies", click "Clear data"
- Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "Everything", check "Cache" and "Cookies", click "Clear Now"
- Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "All time", check "Cached data" and "Cookies", click "Clear now"
- Safari: Go to Safari > Clear History, select "all history", click "Clear History"
VPN & Security Issues
If experiencing connection problems:
- Temporarily disable your VPN connection
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers
- Check if your firewall is blocking our domains

Video/Audio Issues
For telemedicine problems:
- Ensure camera/microphone permissions are granted
- Close other apps using camera (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Check your internet speed at speedtest.net
- Try using headphones with built-in microphone
- Test at meet.parsmedicine.com/test
Mobile Issues
For mobile device problems:
- Update your browser or app to the latest version
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Clear the app cache in Settings > Apps
- Restart your device
- For Moodle: Download the official Moodle app
