Clear Browser Cache

Follow these steps for your browser:

  1. Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "All time", check "Cached images" and "Cookies", click "Clear data"
  2. Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "Everything", check "Cache" and "Cookies", click "Clear Now"
  3. Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "All time", check "Cached data" and "Cookies", click "Clear now"
  4. Safari: Go to Safari > Clear History, select "all history", click "Clear History"
VPN & Security Issues

If experiencing connection problems:

  1. Temporarily disable your VPN connection
  2. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers
  3. Check if your firewall is blocking our domains
  4. Allow cookies for *.parsmedicine.com
  5. Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
Video/Audio Issues

For telemedicine problems:

  1. Ensure camera/microphone permissions are granted
  2. Close other apps using camera (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  3. Check your internet speed at speedtest.net
  4. Try using headphones with built-in microphone
  5. Test at meet.parsmedicine.com/test
Mobile Issues

For mobile device problems:

  1. Update your browser or app to the latest version
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  3. Clear the app cache in Settings > Apps
  4. Restart your device
  5. For Moodle: Download the official Moodle app
