Transferring Records to Another Provider:
- Complete authorization form with receiving provider information
- Records sent securely via fax, mail, or electronic health record exchange
- No charge for records sent directly to another healthcare provider
Visitor Information
Visiting Hours
General visiting hours vary by department. Most areas allow:
- Inpatient units: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily
- ICU and special care units: Limited hours and number of visitors
- Emergency Department: Two visitors per patient
